I thought you would like to check out information on this city where my client resides, Victoria, B.C. It is quite beautiful; I have vacationed in Victoria as well as Vancouver, B.C. In Victoria,  the Butchart Gardens has colorful displays that is changed with each season. Victoria also has the second oldest Chinatown in North America. My client is interested in a home here in coastal south Orange Co., across the street from the Dana Point Harbor!

November 30th is quickly approaching  and a short note to our Congress and Senate to extend this is how we can have a voice to keep the real estate momentum in an upward direction here in So. CA. as well as nationally. According to research from the California Association of Realtors, nearly 40% of the first time buyers would not have purchased a home if the federal tax credit was not in place.
