Newport Beach has their own traditional festive holiday events that we look forward to experiencing with our friends and family each year. Some of the events include:

The annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony at Fashion Island will be on November 20-21st from 6pm this year.

The Corona del Mar Christmas Walk and Festival will occur on December 6th from 11am – 4pm. There is food and entertainment along the streets, which is a  fun and festive day to begin the holiday season.

To celebrate Hanukkah, the Menorah Lighting Ceremony and singing will be held at 3pm  on December 13th, in Fashion Island.

The annual Newport Beach Boat Parade is December 16 to 20th, from 6:30pm  to about 9 pm. Multi-million dollar beautifully decorated yachts, boats, kayaks and canoes sail along the harbor with music and lights.  I also look forward to taking a stroll on Balboa Island and the Balboa Peninsula, admiring the homes with their elaborate light displays and chatting with the homeowners.

Roger’s Gardens in Corona del Mar, has a Holiday Shop with decorated Christmas trees and many decorating items including wreaths, ornaments and tablescape ideas. You can find one-of-a-kind items for home decor and gift giving. Festive perimeter lights guide you to the Garden.

I invite you to come out and join in our traditions. Hope to see you this holiday season!
