First, the Census is not available on-line for data collection. We must mail it in the self-addressed envelope. Every ten years, we receive this data form to help the federal government allocate dollars and adjust the U.S. House of Representatives for each state, according to our response. Governor Arnold  Schwarzenegger signed today a home tax credit beginning May 1, 2010. First time home buyers and newly constructed home buyers are eligible. There is also a small window of time, May 1~June 30, that first time buyers will have the opportunity to also receive the Federal Tax Credit.
